• Surface preparation requirements

• Removal of existing graphics or wraps

• Additional repairs or preparation

• Customer-requested changes

• Additional labor or materials

A quote does not become a final agreement until the scope of work, pricing, and applicable terms are accepted by both B1 Wraps Marine and the customer.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vessel and project.

Customers should disclose known issues that may affect installation, including previous wraps, paint damage, oxidation, repairs, decals, coatings, or other surface conditions.

B1 Wraps Marine is not responsible for problems caused by conditions that were not reasonably visible or disclosed before work begins.

4. Surface Conditions and Installation

Proper surface preparation is important to the quality and longevity of a marine wrap.

Existing paint, gel coat, oxidation, repairs, coatings, decals, or other surface conditions may affect adhesion and appearance.

B1 Wraps Marine will make reasonable efforts to provide professional installation; however, we cannot guarantee that a wrap will permanently adhere or remain free from normal wear, environmental exposure, or damage.

Marine environments expose wraps to sunlight, saltwater, weather, moisture, abrasion, and other conditions that may affect appearance and lifespan.

5. Customer-Provided Materials or Designs

If a customer provides artwork, logos, photographs, graphics, or other materials, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permission to use those materials.

B1 Wraps Marine is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or other intellectual-property claims arising from materials supplied by the customer.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to an approved project may result in additional costs or changes to the project schedule.

Cancellation policies, deposits, and refunds may vary by project and will be communicated to the customer as applicable.

7. Payments

B1 Wraps Marine may accept payments through methods including QuickBooks, Wire Transfer, and Zelle.

Payment instructions will be provided directly to customers when applicable.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and completing payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

8. Project Delays

Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and may change due to circumstances including material availability, weather, vessel condition, customer-requested changes, scheduling, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Photography and Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, B1 Wraps Marine may photograph completed projects for use in its portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional materials.

If a customer does not want their vessel photographed or used for promotional purposes, they may notify B1 Wraps Marine before or during the project.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on b1wraps.com accurate and current.

However, we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, availability, descriptions, photographs, or other information will always be complete, accurate, or current.
